Refund policy

We understand that buying a bridal gown is an exciting time, but it can be challenging to select the right style & size. We advise you to contact us on 0457 286 379 prior to ordering so we can ensure you have made the right choice, to avoid having to exchange your gown. 

Returns

Should you wish to return an item purchased online from mangosbridal.com.au we will be happy to issue a credit or exchange, provided it is in a re-saleable condition and meets our full returns policy criteria. 

Waiting periods apply to special order gowns, and alternate sizes may not be available for immediate delivery should you require an exchange. We recommend you contact us to ensure you have measured and calculated your size accurately.

Return Criteria

The item must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

The item must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. 

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. 

The item must not smell of perfume, deodorant or body odour- please take due care when trying on your order.

For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, bodysuits, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Mango's Fashion Boutique staff will reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in new condition.

Postage costs are unable to be refunded. Return postage costs must be paid by the customer. We recommend using tracked post with extra cover. Mango’s Fashion Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit. 

Fees such as rush delivery are not able to be credited.

Items marked as FINAL CLEARANCE are not eligible for a return.

Your return credit can be created for our sister store, Mango's Fashion Boutique, upon request.

Exclusions

Returns or exchanges are not available in the instances of body/size changes (including pregnancy), cancellation or postponement of the event. 

Faulty Items

All items are checked and inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from Mango's Fashion & Bridal Boutique.

We are happy to replace or repair in the case of a manufacturing fault. Only if we are unable to replace or repair will we then offer a refund.

Please email us if you believe your garment has a fault. 

Cancellation of Orders

Mango's Fashion & Bridal Boutique may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products on your order, or if the products will not be available by the date required. We will contact you should this occur. 

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

Additional Fees

In some instances, additional fees for expedited delivery or design customizations may be required. We will discuss this with you if this applies to your order. These additional fees may not be eligible for a credit.
