Shipping policy

We ship with Australia Post. Please see the Australia Post website for current delivery times or changes to delivery. Items are posted from Mount Gambier SA 5290 if you need to estimate a delivery time. 

Bridal Gown Freight

Bridal gown shipping is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Small Accessories (gloves, jewellery etc): $12

Custom Shipping

Please select this option if you are in the Limestone Coast / Western Victoria area (including Robe, Naracoorte, Lucindale, Kingston, Keith, Bordertown, Portland, Warrnambool etc) and would like to have your order delivered by a local freight company. The costs of using local freight can vary and is calculated case by case. We will either invoice you or you will pay the freight company directly, depending on the carrier's preference. 

Click & Collect:

Online orders can be picked up in store during business hours at 48 Commercial Street East, Mount Gambier for no charge. You may nominate someone else to collect your order if you are unable to do so. 

Delivery Times:

You will be contacted with a delivery window for all special orders. Gowns can take up to 18 weeks to be dispatched from the label. 

For standard shipping, we aim to have your order to you within 10 business days. Regional areas may be up to 14 business days. We cannot guarantee next day delivery for Express Post as we are in a regional area. Visit the Australia Post website for further information and postage estimates.
All orders are posted from Mount Gambier, SA 5290. We cannot guarantee delivery times. 

Processing Orders:

We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in South Australia. 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is packed and leaves our store, you will receive an email with an Australian Post tracking number to allow you to track its progress. If you have an online account you can also track the order by logging in here and clicking on the order number.
